151.07 MEETINGS; QUORUM.

The Municipal Planning Commission shall fix the time for holding regular meetings, but it shall meet at least once in the months of January, April, July and October.

The provisions of West Virginia Code 8-24-8 et seq. shall govern special meetings and quorums. (1967 Code §2-45)
