151.06 OFFICES, FACILITIES AND EXPENSES.
   Council shall provide the Municipal Planning Commission with suitable offices and facilities and shall provide by appropriation a sum sufficient to defray the reasonable expenses of the Commission to enable it to carry out its duties.
