151.05 OFFICERS.

At its first regular meeting in each year, the Municipal Planning Commission shall elect from its members a president and vice-president. It shall designate a member of the Commission to act as an advisory member of the County Planning Commission and it may appoint a secretary. (1967 Code §2-43)
