The Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund, as established by a prior ordinance adopted by Council, is hereby continued without interruption. Such Fund, together with the administration and maintenance thereof and payments therefrom, shall continue to be as provided by West Virginia Code 8-22-16 et seq, as now in effect or as may be from time to time be hereafter amended.
