The Reserve Police Unit shall operate under the Rules and Regulations of the Police Department. The appointment and continuance as a reserve police officer shall depend upon the willingness and ability to answer calls of duty, and to respond positively and appropriately to training and compliance with orders from the Chief of Police, or the officer in charge.
