137.03 POLICEMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND.
   A Policemen's Pension and Relief Fund is hereby established for the City, and such Fund, together with the administration and maintenance thereof and payments therefrom, shall be as provided by West Virginia Code 8-22-16 et seq. (1967 Code §2-54)
