(a) Conformance to Applicable Rules and Regulations. In addition to the requirements established herein, all subdivision plats shall comply with the following laws, rules, and regulations:
(1) All applicable statutory provisions.
(2) The City government zoning ordinance, building and housing codes, and all other applicable laws of the City.
(3) The Comprehensive Plan of the City, including all streets, drainage system, and parks shown on the Plan as adopted.
(4) The special requirements of these Subdivision Regulations and any rules of the Health Department and/or appropriate State agencies.
(5) The rules of the State Highway Department if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abuts a state highway or connecting street.
(6) The standards and regulations established by the State Department of Highways. Developer has option to design his streets in accordance with American Association of State Highway and Transportation officials, with approval of City Engineer.
(7) Plat approval may be withheld if a subdivision is not in conformity with the above guides or policy and purposes of these Subdivision Regulations.
