531.08 PROHIBITING ILLEGAL GARBAGE RECEPTACLE ACCESS; PENALTY.

Any person or persons who invade and remove items from publicly or privately-owned dumpsters or garbage receptacles without owner permission shall be guilty of a violation of this Ordinance and shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned for up to twenty-four hours, or both.
