(a) The following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed herein, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
(1) "Driver" means the person operating and having physical control over the motorized cart.
(2) "Motorized cart" means an electric or gasoline-powered carts, commonly referred as a golf cart or utility vehicle (but excluding vehicles commonly referred to as four-wheelers and similar type of vehicles). They are designed for low speed operation (20 miles per hour or less). These are the only carts authorized for use under this section.
