121.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.

Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m., Eastern Standard Time or Daylight Savings Time, whichever is in effect, if not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday, on the next succeeding business day which is not a legal holiday.
