409.01 SUNDAY SALES.

It is permissible and legal for Class “A” License holders within the City of St. Albans within the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration to serve alcoholic beverages beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays if otherwise allowed by the zoning and other City ordinances, and according to all other State laws and regulations.
