No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, trailer, or boat, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or when in compliance with directions of a police officer, in any cul-de-sac, or the center thereof, paved or unpaved, inclusive of, but not limited to cul-de- sacs located on Helene Street, Lakeview Court, Beacon Street, Greenbrier Street, Hillcrest Drive, Jackson Road, McQueen Boulevard, David’s Ridge, Hughes Drive, Sand Hill Drive, South Walnut Drive, Summit Drive, Summit Court, Sweet Acres Drive, Aliff Lane, Pennsylvania Avenue/Hayes Bridge and Sunset Drive.
