107.08 CONTRACTS TO BE SIGNED BY MAYOR; APPROVAL AS TO FORM; FILING.

Contracts or purchase orders entered into by the City pursuant to this article shall be signed by the Mayor in the name of the City. They shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney. A contract that requires more than six months for its fulfillment shall be filed with the Clerk. (Ord. 79-5A. Passed 3-19-79.)
