(a) The Chief of Police shall place and see to the placement, removal and maintenance of any traffic control devices and make decisions as to the direction of the streets (i.e., one-way) upon City streets, roads and highways within the jurisdiction and control of the City. The Chief shall provide a monthly report of his activity to the City Council.

(b) Speed bumps and speed humps, or any other elevated restriction to traffic on streets located within the City of St. Albans are strictly prohibited.
