105.04 COMPOSITION; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Emergency Services Council shall consist of five residents appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council, who shall advise the governing body of the City and the Executive Director of the Emergency Services Council of the City, as provided for in the following section, on all matters pertaining to emergency services. The Mayor shall serve as ex officio chairman of the Emergency Services Council and the members thereof shall serve without compensation. Such Council shall be responsible for and have general direction and control of the emergency services of the City and shall have such other powers as are granted and conferred by this article which are not inconsistent with the other provisions of the Codified Ordinances or other ordinances of the City and the laws of the State.
