Council hereby changes the boundaries of the nine wards of the City as follows:
Ward 1 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 317
Ward 2 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 321
Ward 3 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 309
Ward 4 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 333
Ward 5 - To be comprised of Voting Precincts 329
Ward 6 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 326
Ward 7 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 340
Ward 8 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 337
Ward 9 - To be comprised of Voting Precinct 347
It is the intent of this section to establish wards with the same boundaries as the above mentioned voting precincts heretofore established by the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, as hereinbefore set forth.
