111.16 COSTS ASSESSED FOR REPRODUCTION OR COPYING OF RECORDS.
   To alleviate administrative costs and expenses, there is hereby assessed, payable by any person, firm, corporation, company or other legal entity requesting reproduction or copies of non- confidential City records, or City records not otherwise protected by privilege or law, and payable to the City at the City Clerk’s office, a charge of twenty-five cents (25¢) per page for the reproduction or copying of such records and documents maintained by the City, provided that there shall be no charge for the first five pages of such records or documents requested, and further provided that if a person requesting copies of such records and documents provides proof of personal income which falls below the current poverty level guidelines as established from time to time by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, such person shall be entitled to copies of such records without charge.
