1703.03 BOILER, GASOLINE AND OIL TANK FEES.

For the location of any boiler, gasoline tank, oil tank or similar container, the permit fee shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) per unit of installation up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) or according to valuation, whichever is greater.
