1505.01 ADOPTION.

For the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, the West Virginia State Fire Code is adopted, pursuant to West Virginia Code 29-3-5 or any subsequently adopted Fire Code authorized by West Virginia Code 29-3-5, except such portions as are deleted, modified or amended by this article.
