§ 154.06 EXISTING SWIMMING POOLS AND SPECIAL PURPOSE POOLS.
   Existing swimming pools and special-purpose pools which do not conform to the requirement of § 154.03 shall be required to achieve compliance within 90 days of the effective date of this subchapter.
