§ 113.01 LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMITTED.
   Lawful gambling, as defined in M.S. § 349.12, subd. 24, as amended from time to time, is permitted in the city, subject to the conditions established in this code.

§ 113.02 STATE LICENSE REQUIRED.
   All organizations conducting lawful gambling within the city must be licensed by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.

§ 113.03 APPROVAL OF PREMISES PERMIT.
   Any organization applying to the Minnesota Gambling Control Board for a premises permit, or a renewal of a premises permit, shall file a copy of such application with the city. Within 60 days of receipt of said application, the City Council shall approve or deny the application for a premises permit by Council resolution. Failure to receive a majority affirmative vote of the City Council shall constitute a denial of the application.

§ 113.04 RESTRICTIONS ON AVAILABILITY OF PREMISES PERMITS.
   No more than 3 premises permits may be issued and outstanding at any time. Premises permits may not be approved or renewed for organizations which do not expend 50% or more of their expenditures for lawful purposes on lawful purposes conducted or located within Stacy's trade area. Stacy's trade area shall be defined as the City of Stacy and the Town of Lent.
