Storm water user fee credits and adjustments are available to other developed property (i.e., non-single-family residential property) with exception to a small homes credit, which is available exclusively for single-family residential property as outlined in the Storm Water Utility Credit and Adjustment Policy Manual, as adopted by Res. 09-113 and any subsequent amendments.
