§ 18-319 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
   If any provision of this chapter is found to conflict with any provision of any other ordinance or city code, then the provision of this chapter shall control. Should any part, or parts of this chapter be declared invalid for any reason, no other part, or parts, of this chapter shall be affected thereby.
