§ 18-140 MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE DISTRIBUTION AND COLLECTION SYSTEMS.
   In addition to the requirements of § 18-136 of this chapter, all owners of lots on which private water distribution and sewer collection systems are situated shall maintain such systems properly. Failure to maintain the systems shall constitute a nuisance which may be abated by the city.
