The maximum penalty which may be imposed by the City Court for municipal violations will be $500, but $50 shall be the maximum penalty for municipal violations as listed:
(A) All traffic offenses;
(B) Property and Health Code offenses judged by the city’s Codes Inspectors to be in compliance prior to commencement of Court proceedings;
(C) A community service sentence, defined in hours, may be imposed in lieu of the $50 fine.
