All garbage to be collected by the contractor shall to placed within the carts, bags or bundles as defined herein and shall be transported to the curb of the street of the producer on the date of collection for that location. After this date, the cart will be removed from the curb to the rear or side of the principal building located at such property, until the next collection date.
