§ 17-112 REPORT OF INCREASE IN VOLUME.
   Any increase in the size or number of garbage containers on any property shall be immediately reported to the City Hall and the increase in the monthly fee occasioned by the increase shall be determined and paid in advance on a pro rata basis according to the number of days remaining in the month.
