§ 17-111 DUE DATE AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE ON DEFAULT.
   The fee herein imposed shall be payable monthly in advance on the first day of each month. Garbage collection service shall be suspended at any location which becomes as many as 15 days in arrears in payment of this monthly fee.
