REFUSE shall mean and include garbage, rubbish, leaves, brush and refuse as those terms are generally defined; except that, dead animals and fowls, body wastes, hot ashes, rocks, concrete, bricks and similar materials are expressly excluded therefrom and shall not be stored therewith.
