§ 16-111 OPERATION OF TRAINS AT CROSSINGS REGULATED.
   (A)   No person shall operate any railroad train across any street or alley without giving a warning of its approach as required by state law.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to stop a railroad train so as to block or obstruct any street or alley for a period of more than five consecutive minutes.
