§ 16-109 ABUTTING OCCUPANTS TO KEEP SIDEWALKS CLEAN AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   The occupants of property abutting on a sidewalk are required to keep the sidewalk clean.
   (B)   Also, immediately after a snow or sleet, such occupants are required to remove all accumulated snow and ice from the abutting sidewalk.
