Any violation of this title shall be a civil offense punishable as follows.
(A) Traffic citations. Traffic citations shall be punishable by a civil penalty up to $50 for each separate offense.
(B) Parking citations. For parking violations, the offender may waive his or her right to a judicial hearing and have the charges disposed of out of court, by satisfying a civil penalty of $25 for the first offense and $50 for second and subsequent offenses.
(C) Handicapped parking. The fine for unauthorized parking in a space designated for handicap parking only will be $50, as permitted by Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 55-21-108(b) and 55-8-160(a)(15).
