§ 15-119 VEHICLES AND OPERATORS TO BE LICENSED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in violation of the state’s Motor Vehicle Title and Registration Law, being Tenn. Code Ann. Title 55, Chapter 1 or the Uniform Classified and Commercial Driver License Act, being Tenn. Code Ann. Title 55, Chapter 50.
