§ 15-111 PRESUMPTION WITH RESPECT TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   When a traffic-control sign, signal, marking or device has been placed, the presumption shall be that it is official and that it has been lawfully placed by the proper authority.
   (B)   All presently installed traffic-control signs, signals, markings and devices are hereby expressly authorized, ratified, approved and made official.
