§ 15-108 MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian or the operator of any vehicle to violate or fail to comply with any traffic-control sign, signal, marking or device placed or erected by the state or the city unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian or the operator of any vehicle to willfully violate or fail to comply with the reasonable directions of any police officer.
   (C)   It shall likewise be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to operate the vehicle in the speed in excess of 30 mph or in excess of a speed limit designated by a traffic-controlled sign, marking or device placed or erected by the state, the city or the developer of a subdivision, or in excess of any speed limit for a particular area designated in § 15-305 of the code of ordinances.
