(A) The city’s Historic Commission shall select from its members its own Chairperson and such other officers deemed appropriate.
(B) It shall:
(1) Establish procedures, rules of order and regular meeting dates;
(2) Keep a record of all proceedings;
(3) Meet no less often than quarterly; and
(4) Comply with all appropriate regulations of Tennessee Code Annotated that apply to municipalities.
(C) At least three members shall constitute a quorum and the concurring vote of at least three members shall constitute a decision of the Commission on any matter before it.
