§ 12-904 PERMIT HOLDER TO GIVE NOTICE PRIOR TO BLASTING.

All persons holding a permit for the use of explosives in any type of construction project shall give notice, prior to any blasting, to all occupants of residential or commercial structures within 500 yards.
