§ 12-901 STATE’S BLASTING LAWS ANNOTATED ADOPTED.
   The 1995 edition of Tennessee Blasting Laws Annotated, issued by the state’s Division of Fire Prevention, is hereby adopted as the city’s code to be applicable to use of all explosives used in construction; any later edition of this code may be considered to be adopted as of the date of the edition publication.
