§ 12-305 GAS INSPECTOR AND ASSISTANTS.
   To provide for the administration and enforcement of the Gas Code, the Office of Gas Inspector is hereby created. The Inspector, and such assistants as may be necessary in the proper performance of the duties of the office, shall be appointed or designated by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
