§ 11-703 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF.

It shall be unlawful and deemed to be malicious mischief for any person willfully, maliciously or wantonly to damage, deface, destroy, conceal, tamper with, remove or withhold real or personal property which does not belong to him or her.
