§ 2-203 REMOVAL OF MEMBERS.
   The Mayor is authorized to dismiss and remove a member of the Commission appointed from a ward, for cause, with a written explanation given to all Aldermen. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen may dismiss and remove a member appointed from a ward by vote of two-thirds of the membership of the Board.
