§ 1-401 OFFICE ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby created, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 6-4-101, the position of City Administrator. The City Administrator shall be appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and he or she shall serve at the pleasure of this Board.
