§ 1-107 NON-RESIDENT PROPERTY OWNERS VOTE BY ABSENTEE VOTE ONLY.

In according with Tenn. Code Ann. § 2-6-205, in the city, non-resident property owners shall cast their municipal ballots for municipal elections or municipal referenda as absentee mail ballots.
