§ 1-102 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   At each meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, the following regular order of business shall be observed unless dispensed with by a majority vote of the members present:
   (A)   Call to order by the Mayor;
   (B)   Stipulation of members present;
   (C)   Approval of the agenda;
   (D)   Communication from the Mayor;
   (E)   Reports from committees, members of the Board of Mayor and Alderman and other officers;
   (F)   Comments from Concerned Citizens;
   (G)   Approval of minutes of the previous meeting;
   (H)   Public hearing;
   (I)   Voting agenda;
      (1)   Approval of consent agenda
      (2)   Previous business
      (3)   New business
   (J)   Work session discussion
   (K)   Adjourn.
