§ 11-501 ESCAPE FROM CUSTODY OR CONFINEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under arrest or otherwise in custody of or confined by the city to escape or attempt to escape, or for any other person to assist or encourage such person to escape or attempt to escape from such custody or confinement.
