§ 9-404 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF FRANCHISE.
   The Board of Mayor and Aldermen, after a public hearing, may revoke or suspend any taxicab franchise for misrepresentations or false statements made in the application therefor or for traffic violations or violations of this chapter by the taxicab owner or any driver.
