Fee for witnessing arrival and offloading of tanks to be installed; air testing vessels and checking for leaks by soaping joined; witness grounding material in pit; witness tie downs in the tank holes; witness setting of tanks for separations and levels; witness gravel bed cover to tanks and keeping holes clear of dirt; witness leakage monitoring pipes being installed; witness ground lines being installed. The fee shall be $500.
