Shall not exceed 15 cubic feet (approximately two 55-gallon drums). A fire safety plan shall be created by the owner/operator of the storage facility, reviewed, and approved by the Fire Marshal's Office, and disseminated to staff working at the facility. Containers must be:
(A) Open-top and noncombustible or approved for battery collection.
(B) Each container and groups of containers may not exceed seven and one-half cubic feet.
(C) Second container or groups of containers must be separated by not less than three feet of open space, or ten feet of space that contains combustible materials.
(D) Must be located not less than five feet from exits or exit access doors.
