§ 7-501 CONSTRUCTION WASTE FIRES.
   (A)   No construction materials will be disposed of by burning within the City of Spring Hill.
   (B)   The prime contractor, also known as the general contractor, for the site of the building construction shall be responsible for the acts of all his or her employees, sub-contractors, vendors or others using his or her site to start fires.
