All meetings of the Beer Board shall be open to the public. The Board shall hold meetings as set by the Beer Board or its Chairperson (or Mayor until members are appointed to the Board). A special meeting of the Beer Board may be called by its Chairperson; provided, he or she gives reasonable notice
thereof to each Board member, and the Board may adjourn a meeting at any time to another time and place.
